Orders & Payments

- Orders can be placed only through the official app/website.
- Payments must be made through approved payment gateways.
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

Shipping & Delivery

- Orders are shipped via trusted courier partners.
- Delivery timelines may vary depending on location.

Returns & Refunds

- “All return/refund claims must be supported with a proper unboxing video showing the parcel with the label intact. Without such proof, SellShopee reserves the right to reject the claim.”Only defective/damaged/wrong products are eligible for return.
- Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.

Limitations

- SellShopee is not responsible for courier delays or third-party damages.
- Misuse of the platform (fraud, false orders) will result in account termination.
